<h2>Free U.S. shipping on every order</h2><p>All orders ship free within the United States — no minimums, no codes.</p><h2>Processing & delivery</h2><ul><li><strong>Processing:</strong> orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days.</li><li><strong>Delivery:</strong> most orders arrive within 4–8 business days after dispatch.</li><li>You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.</li></ul><h2>Shipping Protection</h2><p>Optional Shipping Protection ($3.95) covers your delivery against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If anything happens to a protected order, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. You can remove Shipping Protection in your cart before checkout.</p><h2>Lost or delayed orders</h2><p>If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us and we'll make it right.</p><h2>Address changes & cancellations</h2><p>Need to change your address or cancel?
