How to request a refund
- Email support@goldenroot.health with your order number.
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days. Depending on the case we may ask you to return your pouches (used or empty is fine) — if a return is requested, we'll provide instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
What's covered
- All GoldenRoot® product purchases, including bundles.
- Shipping Protection fees are refunded whenever the related order is refunded.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, goes missing in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Orders with Shipping Protection are prioritized for instant resolution.
